Hi everyone,

Here's your monthly update for Alcove Photo Club. Hope you are all keeping warm and taking lots of photos!

As planned, there are fewer events planned for the remainder of the year. We’ll have one more photo walk in December that will be posted soon. Besides that, these are the last two events of the year.

Alcove Photo Club has a new logo, in time for the publication of our first Zine! This logo was completed by Dera Art Studio (@dera.artstudio)

Thank you to all those who signed up for the 2024/2025 Zine and Exhibition! The submissions for the Zine have closed, but you can still sign up to participate in the Exhibition in June 2025 and receive a copy of the 2024 Zine.

Try Before You Buy at The Camera Store

If you’re looking to buy a camera or try some different gear out, The Camera Store has a Try Before You Buy Program, which allows you to rent their gear out for free. Try out some new gear for our next event!

For those of you who don’t own a camera, this is a great way to try one out for free before you decide to buy one!
